A tutti piace lo zenzero: per le sue note elegantemente speziate, la sua freschezza, la piccantezza pungente e accattivante. Usato nelle Ginger Beer & Ginger Ale diventa ottimo come bevanda rinfrescante e come base per cocktail e long drinks.
Ma sulla birra ???
La nostra ZEN diventa esempio unico di stile per l’equilibrio con cui è impiegata questa speciale radice. L’infusione a freddo e l’utilizzo di una piccolissima parte di estratto biologico riescono a mettere in evidenza i profumi e le armonie dello zenzero su base blanche già di suo profumata e fresca. “Facile” ma anche capace di stimolare emozioni profonde.

Bottle 0.33l at Birrone Padova. Almost clear, gold colored. AROMA- decent ginger. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, decent ginger, touch of coriander. Medium bodied.
Really not their best.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours classic gold, transparent, with fairly gross white foam, limited in size. Aroma is cereal, yeast and ginger. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is fairly sweet, sweetish, I'd say, because of ginger. Final is pretty clean and short.
