Draught at Birrone Padova. Lightly cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- malty, slightly toasted, nutty, noble hops. FLAVOR- neutral to slightly sweet, medium bitterness, lots of noble hops. Medium bodied.

Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce segni di orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è grossolana. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di bollicine medio-fini. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di pane, amaretto, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso quasi balsamico, erba e agrumi.

50cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours classic gold, transparent, with medium grained white foam, limited in size. Aroma is floral and bready. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, well balanced. Final maybe has a little too much cereal sweet.

Bottle. Czech pils, hence the name. Golden color, clear, big head. Taste is crisp malty with lots of cereal and generous amount of grassy and floral hops, supposedly Saaz. Taste is classic, clean, with a decent bitter balance, grassy. Carbonation is average, body is light to medium. Finish is crisp, clean, dry. Aftertaste has hints of flowers, lavender. Likely a tribute to Pilsener Urquell and its sisters, fits the style very well.

on tap oro quasi limoida buoma schiuma piuttosto persistente discreta nota maltata buona luppolatura erbacea finale quasi radice piuttosto secca
