On tap at the brewery. Clear golden, medium white head. Nice clean lager, malty, tad bitter, bit watery. Easy going.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours loaded gold, medium transparency, with fine white foam. Aroma is intensely floral and honey, bread, citrus. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium sweet, with limited bitterness. Final is average.

19 September 2020. At Umami, Santa Maria degli Angeli. Shared with the lovely Anke! Clear golden, stable, thin, white head; lots of lacing. Aroma of yeast, breadcrust, smoke (sausage), bacon, stewed apple, cellar. Taste has pure bready maltiness, apple, pear, wheat, bit grainy bitter but quite yeasty. Dry, grainy, grassy hoppy finish, retronasal bread & old fruit returning. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Good effort, feels almost German.

Bottle at Lumiere. Pale golden color light haze ok white bubbly head. Lagery malts, hay and thin hops profile, weak taste, thin body and texture, not much going on here sadly. Easy to drink, that's all.
