Shared with HP. Sour fruity beginning. Easy to drink, fruity sour with a nice tart finish. Not too intense sour, fruity tart sour apples. Nice dry and deep.

75cl bottle. A hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of fresh tart apples. Taste of tart dry apples, sulfur, fresh and good.

Ziemlich trockener Beginn von reifem Apfel, runde Säure, Quitten, vollmundig. Das Ganze bleibt trocken, apfelig, langer Abgang. Gut. 10/11/11/12/10/11

Lovely. Very dry. Light farmhouse funk. Dusty dryness. Apples. Even a minimal quince sweetness.
