250ml. bottle as part of a trade with @Koelschtrinker, many thanks. @home, 15/05/2021 [#3.955 Global - #364 Germany - #1 Honighäusel Am Münchner Viktualienmarkt (My German brewery/Meadery #159)] Pours yellow. Aroma: intense honey, sugar and floral. Taste: sweet honey. Sooo sugary. Thin. Next one please!

Met - Honigwein vom Honighäus'l am Viktualienmarkt, erstanden in München im März 2019. - Goldgelb, blank. - Duftet banal nach Honigwasser, dick honigsüß mit Bienenwachs. - Schmeckt stark honigsüß, leicht fruchtig-süßsauer, zart herb mit ein wenig Holz. Fettig süßer Abgang mit Bienenwachs, Nougat und weißer Schokolade. - Recht interessanter, trotz fetter Süße auch komplexer Honigwein. (14.8.2020.)

Rund süßer Beginn, viel Honig, natürlich. Fruchtig, weich, nicht klebrig, spät einen Ticken alkoholisch. Mild würziger Abgang, viel Honig. Gut. 10/11/11/11/8/11

Bottle sample at a tasting at Naama’s place. Thanks Stas. Golden. Nice aroma of citric honey, a bit of flowers, and a cookie-ish note. Sweet and tart flavor with honey, citrus, bread, flowers, vanilla hint. Nice and interesting.
