Experimental beer of low alcohol content whose recipe, freely inspired by mathematical principles, involves abundant use of honey and spices. The infusion of elder, hibiscus flowers and coriander, in addition to the hops used exclusively in dry-hopping, makes it a complex and fragrant drink, although refreshing and light.

A copper amber ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light mineral notes, light treacle, OK. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light liquor, cloying, herbaceous character, not pleasant. Bottle at Mondial 2018.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours am attractive brilliant brown, transparent, with limited white foam, very fine. Aroma is caramel and fruity, nice. Body is definitely light with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet. Finish has some delicate honey feeling in the end.
