Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sour. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, agrumi e acetico.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly transparent gold with abundant white foam, very fine. Aroma is white wine, dry fruits. Body is dense, with good carbonation. Alcohol is hidden pretty well. Taste is moderately sour, with some initial sweetness. Finish is pretty long and delicately sour.
