Simple and Punchy. We started with a light sour base built upon flaked oats, wheat and pilsner malts, then dumped in over 400 lbs of Kiwis freshness and good times. Our kiwi sour is a throwback to one of Alex's favourite home brewing recipes only with more kiwi, because why not? This beer works exceptionally well on the beach, a golf course - really any hot place will do. It's the S.Pellegrino of beers, whatever that means.

Dull colour and hazy. Just a thin head. On the nose, a bit of kiwi and a fairly nondescript kettle sour. Seems that way on the palate. Just a standard kettle sour with light kiwi notes. Why?

Tasting at Phill's, can
Cloudy pale blond colour. Strong lime character, moderately sour, it seems salty, and there is some unpleasant foot smell.
Quite bad.

16oz on Phill's deck. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: loads of lime. Taste: along the same lines, a bit soapy. Overall: sour meh.

473mL can, pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full of saline, lots of lime, soap, and a little yogurt. Flavour is very soapy and floral, with more lime than kiwi. Bracingly sour, with a limey and soapy finsh. Not very pleasant.

Smells of tart kiwi, lots of citrus sourness. Has fine foam on a foggy yellow body. Flavour is nice sour kiwi though smelled in the right angle it gives off detergent vibes. Mouthfeel is full and tart. No complaints though, it delivers as advertised.
