Lean, tart, and with bright, bright acidity. This beer is kettle-soured, fermented with our new Farmgarden Kveik strain, and then racked onto sour cherries that beautifully and naturally carbonate the beer. Big cherry flavour across your palate, with slight notes of melon and mango in the background. (Also, gluten reduced, for those with gluten sensitivities.)

Hazy pink, has a light fruity cherry character, with a fair bit of sweetness and a touch of tartness.

The aroma is soft winey cherry and very wet, and only the cherry shows up there though. Has good foggy copper body but no foam to support it. Flavour is sugary syrupy sweet cherry, maraschino almost, nothing else going on either. Mouthfeel has too much sugar and comes off too cloying. There are good cherry notes here but too artificial and it's not really sour either.
