A classic German style Hefeweizen. An abundance of banana and clove flavour and aromas, with some lemon and bubblegum notes from a small addition of Sorachi Ace hops.

Not billed as a dunkelweizen but it comes out a dark brown. Banana nose. Tart, fruity, lots of banana and quite wheaty. Looks weird, tastes as expected. Not the most accomplished hefeweizen, but honestly it's one of the hardest styles to make well so I'll let it slide a bit.

The aroma is good banana, bright and chewy. Has weak gold body with little foam. Flavour is a good grain and banana mix. Mouthfeel is full and a little sweet. A good hefe, feels a little artificial with its flavours though.
