We took our IPA malt base and kettle soured it. We then proceeded to heavily dry hop it... twice. Equanot and Idaho 7 combine for a fruity kettle sour that contains no actual fruit!

Lots of bright danky hop. Mellow sourness. Solid. Very similar to Super Strath, which I've had a lot of this summer. Hard to argue with Idaho 7 and Ekuanot, honestly.

Bright oily vegetal hops on the nose, has modest yellow body and little foam. flavour is bright sourness, good hops, citric tartness. Mouhtfeel is good, proper oiliness. it's good though I have a mixed opinion about the vegetal elements.
