Tasting at Brian's, bottle
Light red colour, hazy. The berry character is strong, very nice in the aroma, a bit muddled in the flavour, as the beer is slightly soapy; moderate tartness.
Decent.

500ml at Brian's. Appearance: hazy rose with a white head. Aroma: weird harsh berries character. Taste: sour, along the same lines. Overall: meh.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy pink with a small white head. Aroma reveals gently tart red berries and a little lacto. Flavour is along the same lines, with gently tart red berries, a little lacto, some floral notes. Simple but pleasant.

Muddy berry on the nose of no distinction and nothing else. Has a murky dark pink body with no foam. Flavour is bright berry with some modest tart funk and no grain character, quite odd for something labelled saison. Mouthfeel is a little thin and wet. It's not bad but could be fuller in every way.
