A simple oat and 2-row sour with complex additions of key limes, milk sugar and vanilla. We kept the PH pretty high on the sour base, giving this beer a balanced crushability - it may seem like a crazy profile, but this is no gimmick. 'Live in the Now' because we put summer in a glass.

Poured from 473mL can. Cloudy gold with dissipating white head. Key lime, lactose, hint of vanilla. Fairly tart, quite good.

Cloudy and quite pale yellow. No tourist pie here. Thin head. Has a nice lime nose. On the palate it’s quite tart, the lime being particularly assertive.

On tap at Another Beer Co, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of key lime, lacto, and a hint of vanilla. Flavour is very tart and limey, with gentle lactose, and a touch of vanilla. Tart and bright. This is very pleasant.

The aroma is mountain dew soda pop, has a soft yellow body with modest foam. Flavour is tangy lime, softly acidic, actually a good sour flavour in all the right ways. Mouthfeel is very puckery, a perfect aftertaste for a beer like this. This is a great fruit sour, other brewers should be so lucky.
