Good clear lighter gold body and minimal foam, lots of vanilla and apple on the nose, like roundish tannins pushing through. Flavour is bitter apple, some semi-sweet elements coming through in the aftertaste. Lots of skin and tannins but still the bitterness is prominent without much of a payoff in terms of complexity. Mouthfeel is very dry as advertised, but I'd prefer some kind of sweetness to balance it out.

The snow cider suffers from a butteriness that is really hard to put back in the bottle. It has a tart finish and some light apples, but I’ll never get past diacetyl in a cider.

Bottle sampled at Rustic Roots, pours a clear yellowish blonde. Aroma brings out lightly sweet apples and some fruity apple core. Flavour is quite tart and dry, with lots of apple skins and core. Solid but pretty boring one.
