Good foam on a stormy light clear gold body, deep sweet pear aroma but a little sugary and not too complex. Flavour is pear and white wine notes, balanced sugar. Full mouthfeel, good level of carbonation. Not too bad but a little simple and the alcohol could be better hidden.

This is a semi-dry pear cider, where the pear sweetness is more up front, then it fades into a tarter, balanced finish. Not bad.

Bottle sampled at Rustic Roots, pours a clear clear blonde with a few bubbles. Aroma is very dry, with lightly tart and dry pear skins. Flavour is bone dry, with crisp and tart pear skins. Refreshing and nicely clean. Very nice.
