Poured from the tap. Clear light gold no head. Very nice apple aroma with mild sweetness. Taste doesn’t quite live up to the aroma with simple green apple and light dryness.

Faint clear yellow body with minimal foam. Musty apple on the nose, dog hair, burlap, hay, nice. Flavour is very dry apple with hints of sweetness in just the right amounts. Hay funk aftertaste, a bit of steel wool on the tongue. Works perfectly for what it is.

Very pale green, pretty basic apple, light apple, touch of sweetness. Ok cider.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest, pours a clear pale blonde with no head. Aroma brings out crisp apple skins, just a touch of sweetness. Flavour is dry and clean, with crisp green apples, light sweetness. Not particularly complex, but it's clean and well-made. Solid.

Taster from the bottle on BC Cider Fest 2017. Pours a clear golden with almost no head. Aroma is dry fermented apples. Similar taste is low sweet. Quite dry aftertaste. Good.
