This wonderfully robust cider is a co-fermentation of locally grown apples, raspberries, blackberries and rich red currants. The aroma is a powerful mixture of raspberries and currants with a hint of apple. Blackberry is present with every sip and there is a smooth finish with lasting memories of country fresh surroundings.

Clear orange. Raspberry and black currants with orange. Orange and raspberry with a black currant finish. Decent.

Pretty weak foam with a deep reddish copper body and very minimal carbonation. Lots of floral berry on the nose with solid tannin notes. Flavour is more tart berry, some smoked leather and a bitter finish. The blackberries might be overpowering this and that may be understandable but I think it's rather unbalanced. Bottle found at a random liquor store in Victoria.
