A refreshing cider that is both sweet and tart. The flavour is immediately noticeable on the first sip with a big fruity aroma, intense colour and low residual sugar. Expect a long and tart finish.

Tart, light juicy character. Not bad, not much complexity but I appreciate the tartness.

Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2024, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some tart apple core and mineraly notes. Flavour is somewhat acidic, with light apple core, moderate acidity, and mineraly notes. Very mineraly. Not great.

Pours with modest foam on a deep gold body, heavy carbonation. Smells of twiggy apples, a bit candyish and alcoholic. Flavour is good tart crab apple, though the alcohol is heavy throughout. A bit of a blunt instrument ultimately.
