This is our Cold-steeped Irish Stout with Jameson Irish Whiskey added. The whiskey smooths out the finish of the base beer, adds a touch of sweetness and aromas of oak and vanilla.

Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 1 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6
No aroma to speak of, has dark brown body with minor foam. Flavour is whiskey barrel character but nothing else. Mouthfeel is full, round, but simple. It's not bad but lacking complexity the whiskey element is good but the stout is missing.
