Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
Nice chalky hops aroma, has good clean yellow body with modest foam. Flavour is bright clean grains with smooth hops. Mouthfeel is refreshing, clean, nice aftertaste. This is a very nice kölsch.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 4.5
Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Hazy golden colour. Some aroma of grains, and bread. The malt flavour is grainy, with weird but light acidity, the hop is a bit herbaceous, far from any German quality hop, and the finish is short and weak.
Not the highest achievement for Backcountry.
