When going above and beyond goes unappreciated, this lager will help soothe those aches and pains. Our Helles base brewed with German Pils malt and Mandarina hops creates a clean and mildly fruity character. Cheers!

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Blond colour, clean, the head disappears quickly. It smells like wet paper. Medium-dry, some flavour of malt, corn, paper; it partiallly fails to show some quality malt; slightest grass and citrus, but also the hop is not impressive; low tier bitterness.
Ok Lager, clean, simple.

473mL can, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out crisp herbal notes and crackery malt. Flavour is very crisp, with lots of crackery malt, some herbal hops, and biscuity malt. Crisp and dry. Very good.

Has a clean citrus aroma with a hint of hop, clear yellow body with modest foam. Flavour is bright and full grains with smooth sweet hop notes. Mouthfeel is full and there's a nice aftertaste. This is excellent.

Clear gold with a decent white head. Nice grainy notes. Bitter and dry with a big grain and cereal. Crisp and nice.

Can. Pale gold, with just a slight haze. Not much head, though, which is abnormal for the style. The aroma starts with a fair bit of pale malt, but then there's a touch of acetaldehyde bringing the apples...I mean you sort of have to be analyzing the beer to really pick that up, but I do analyze beer and it's there. Low to moderate bitterness, and then some sweetish, slightly husky pale malts again. Could be cleaner and the malts more refined, no question. Touch yeasty towards the finish. Not a bad helles by any means, but you can tell they aren't lager specialists.
