Though Italians are not known for their craft beer, this simple yet pronounced pilsner has captivated brewers across North America and it’s easy to see why. Italian Pilsners combine the elegance and crispness of traditional German pilsners, with a bold use of Noble dry-hops, giving this beer a bright floral bouquet and refined bitterness. A beautiful beer, that's captivating and easy to put down.

Poured from 473mL can. Clear-ish blonde with white head. Light grass hops and slightly herbal. Crisp. Underwhelming.

473mL can, pours a clear copper with a medium white head. Aroma is quite herbaceous, with lots of pungent grass, biscuity malt, and herbal notes. Flavour is much along the same lines, with plenty of herbaceous notes, bitter grass, and biscuity malt. The grassiness is nice, but is a bit too herbal for my tastes. Finishes bitter and herbal. Solid, if a bit off from what I hoped.

Can. Pale gold colour. This has a nice hop fruitiness, a bit noble, a bit modern. Moderate bitterness, more of that stone fruit accent, a touch of grassiness. Clean pale malt. Quite drinkable. I think the balance is good, but obviously I'd use Tipopils as a benchmark for anything called Italian Pils, and this doesn't go anywhere near that brew.

Can from Broadway LRS, Vancouver
Pale blond colour. Mild aroma of grassy, noble hops; butthe flavour of malt and hop is too timid; moderate bitterness.
Too simple.

Very soft malt aroma, has clear medium copper body with minimal foam on top. Flavour soft malt with good crisp pilsner hops but it's a bit too soft. Mouthfeel is nice though and clean and crisp. This is decent enough but could have more punch.
