Built like an American stout but fermented with Norwegian Kveik yeast. Traditional, roasted flavours are paired with subtle fruit esters given off by the yeast.

Decent barley on the nose, has a weak brown body. Flavour is adequate sweet grain but little to make it interesting. Mouthfeel is crisp enough. It's okay, rather textbook, but that's okay coming from a university right?
