Poured from 473mL can. Hazed copper pink with no head. Some tart plum, feint salt. Okay. Uninteresting.

473mL can, pours a clear dark copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of salt, tart plums, and some herbal pickled notes. Flavour is full of earthy Lipton iced tea-like notes, salt, some tart plum, and a hint of lacto. Tea-like, salty, lacto-y finish. Not very good.

Clear, pale purple, like a less fluorescent version of the North Korean grape soda. It's tart, light plum, definitely some sourness and salt. So despite looking weird, it is actually a decent brew.

Bright sweet plum on the nose, has great milky purple body and creamy foam. Flavour is bright fruit with a smart level of salt. Mouthfeel is crisp and dry. This is an outstanding fruited gose.
