CITRUS STONE FRUIT PINE
Kveik (pronounced Kv-ike, like Bike) is a Norwegian Farmhouse yeast that has had a lot of hype recently with brewers… it’s incredibly versatile and resilient. Where traditional ale yeast may have a temperature range of 18-22c, kveik can ferment super clean below 18c or produce fruitier esters up to 40c. Traditionally it was dried and pitched into beer as flakes or on a wooden kveik ring and ferments super vigorous at low pitch rates.
We used Voss Kveik for this one at the warmer end (37c) for those citrus esters.

Has good sweet hops on the nose, there's weak yellow body, no foam, watery it seems. Flavour is good chewy floral hops but nothing else. Mouthfeel is still watery like all their stuff. It's okay, half baked, a common theme here.
