Good clearish gold and modest foam, sharp sweet peppery grains like the French saisons of ould; seriously, right on the mark and I'm amazed at finding this in a random industrial site on the edge of Vancouver. Flavour is soft caramel with vague hop hints and hay. Full mouthfeel. A great saison any way you cut it, they've outdone themselves here.

Hazy, darker yellow, with a medium head. Nice blend of fresh, fruity stuff, and some clean pale malts.
