Effervescent white with strong green tomato and soft basil on the nose, sweet herbs. Flavour is more sweet herbal notes, honey is there and offset by the tomato and basil. I think the description is right, this would work extremely well with a paella or pasta with a shellfish sauce. I'll probably cook with it - I may even put it in the food.
