This beer was fermented with our house mixed-culture of Lacto, and Sacc strains. After fermentation, we aged it on a ton of Local, In-Season Blueberries and Cinnamon.

Smells of fresh sweet blueberries, can't detect the cinnamon. Has great red juice body with pink foam. Flavour is tart blueberry with a proper cinnamon kick. Mouthfeel is crisp and fun in all the right places. Great, well made, well balanced.
