Grisettes are often described as “little Saisons”. Ours is brewed with Pilsner and wheat malt with the addition of unmalted Einkorn, an ancient variety of wheat, from our friends at Skagit Valley Malting. Complex yet light malt character gives way to a peppery yeast profile and mildly bitter finish. With a satisfying mouth feel and a balanced hop character, this is a table beer made to please any drinker.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
Soft wheat on the nose, has good clear yellow body with little foam. Flavour is soft yeast and grain, nothing powerful. Mouthfeel is full and crisp enough. It's decent though uninteresting.
