On tap at The Bakery, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle tangy hops, saison yeast, and a little citric. Flavour reveals a really nice rustic saison yeast character, accentuated by the tangy hops, and solidified by a crisp biscuity malt base. Tangy, rustic and crisp. This is well-made.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
Soft grain aroma, has a medium yellow body. Flavour is more medium grain and little else, maybe a bit of sweetness. Soft lemony fullness on the mouth. Not bad but simple.
