A traditional German Hefeweizen brewed using copious amounts of wheat and fruity German wheat beer yeast. The yeast is truly the star, producing bold notes of banana and clove that keep the beer light and refreshing, while still being very flavorful.

Good foggy orange and nice foam, soft banana and sugar on the nose. Flavour is chewy grains, soft wheat dough and sweetness. Good dry grain aftertaste. A nice hefe, well made with unique twists.
