Draft at the source. Cloudy to murky orange yellow color white head. Nice aroma of pineapple and orange peel. Taste is very earthy pineapple rind, a bit rough

Very pale straw, just a thin head. Definitely some pineapple character but the base sour isn’t super clean. Pedio and stank feet and that sort of thing, so it’s a bit of a miss for me.

Middling lighter gold body and minimal head, sourness and vague pineapple on the nose but nothing else. Flavour is sour pineapple with some muddy juice behind it. Comes across like tepid pineapple juice halfway through fermentation. Needs to be brighter and more refined.
