Flavours of tropical fruit and barnyard funk from our favorite expressive Brettanomyces strain. Bone dry with Cashmere hops for light coconut and citrus aroma.

375mL bottle pours a clear blonde with a large, fluffy white head. Aroma is dominated by funky brett yeast, followed by a little dough, some spiciness, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is spicy and champagney, with lots of brett funk, white wine, champagne, and crisp biscuity notes. Very vinous / champagne-like, with an assertive carbonation. This is great -- really nice use of the brett.

Smells of soft brett yeast and maybe some grain but it's hard to notice. Has an okay semi-cloudy yellow body with a bit of foam on top. Flavour is spicy grain and the bretty shows through though its output is simple. Mouthfeel is a litte watery, could be fuller. It's not a bad effort.
