Using one of our favourite Belgian strains, this bright summer Saison bursts forth with classic bubble gum, pineapple, and clove flavours. We liberally dry-hopped this Saison with BRU-1 hops, giving the beer tropical, citrus and fruity aroma... reminiscent of that holiday you can't afford.

This one has a fair bit of plasticy burnt rubber phenols, which combined with a fairly husky malt note sort of defines this beer. Could not dry hop their way out of it, and I like Bru1 a lot.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy blond colour. Dry, without good malt, without Saison yeast character, just light coriander and light manure smell, fusels, alcohol; stale finish, wet paper.
Not very good.

Has great white foam on top of a clear gold body. Smells wonderfully of funk, farmhouse cheese, peppered grain, and hay. Flavour is soft sharp grains. Okay fullness on the mouth. This has some great elements they should explore further.
