Almost black, medium head. Quite roasty, toasty, a bit of leafy hop. Medium body, a touch of sweetness, nice bitterness, good complex malt profile.

The aroma is soft barley and maybe some sugar hints - maybe? Has a very black body with almost no head. Flavour is mellow barley with no mention of anything else. Mouthfeel is full enough. This thing is adequate but has no character and I have no idea where the other stuff went they talked about - grand marnier? Hardly.

Draught at the brewery
Black color, tan creamy head. Roasty; "Dry" is a synonym for "thin" and that's what you get. Metallic finish, a bit ashy.
Underwhelming.
