We had our good friends from Old Abbey over for a brew day and we were feeling like doing something a little weird. They’re brewer Steve had always wanted to work with Squid Ink. So, we present to you a Squid Ink Stout! It’s light brine flavours pair great with your favourite sea food.

Smells of soft earthy barley, has a good black body with very minimal beige head on top. Flavour is soft sharp barley, vague notes of what might be squid ink. Mouthfeel is full enough with some dryness. This is sadly a little too weak and boring, it's all just melding together.
