On tap at the brewpub..has a cloudy yellow body and just a bit of white foam on top. Soft aroma of wheat grains. Flavour is a slightly peppery wheat grain with nothing else to back it up. Reasonably full on the mouth. Okay, simply adequate as a saison.

On tap at Brewhall, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out floral esters from the saison yeast, with a dry biscuity malt base. Flavour is far from authentic, with a big estery character from the yeast, some dough, and bready malt. Way too estery - the yeast is not used properly to match an authentic saison. It's okay.
