Draught at Dageraad, Burnaby
Hazy dark blond colour, compact head. Delicate aroma of Ella, floral, elderflowers; straws and honey quality for the malt, very good Belgian yeast character, spicy, earthy, and nice hop presence, some orange peel.
Excellent.

On tap at the brewery. Has good white foam on top of a medium gold body. Aroma is soft hops with a bit of sweetness but not much going on. Flavour is nice floral rich wheat dough and hops with some lemony sweetness, good layering, I hope it's not by accident. Mouthfeel is nice fullness good hints of hoppy oiliness. A good effort, approaching complexity.
