A beer with a white head and a persistent finish, Rock’n’Roll has a deep color and a slight, homogeneous hazy appearance. The first peppery scents leave room to light spices and notes of cereals, with a balanced harmony between freshness and warmth. The cereals sing their sweet notes while the ensemble of pepper, spices and hops supports them with a powerful counterpoint.

Light head that faded quickly. Light golden colour. Not very hoppy. Spicy fruity flavour. Nice balance of flavour, but not particularly complex. Would drink again, but would try something new first.

More of a strong ale than a pale. Quite good!

Keg @ Baladin Camden. Misty gold pour, white head. Good fruity IPA, some mild marmalade and caramel notes, malty sweet.. typically Italian IPA. Very nice.

Bottle from Vinoble, Vejle. Pours cloudy golden with large white head. Aroma is malt, grain, sour apples, lemon, spice and yeast. Taste is very sweet, light bitter and light acidic. Body is oily with medium carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, grain, honey, sweet and sour apples, pears, apricot, spice (nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon) and hints of oak. Too sweet for my taste. The guy from Vinoble really oversold this bottle.

Draught at Bologna location: pours copperish with white head. Pepper, light fruitiness, and biscuit. Taste is lightly peppery with a good pale ale backbone.
