On tap at Monkey 9, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma is on the malty side, with lots of caramely bready malt, some resins, and a little metallic character. Flavour is similar malty, with lots of caramely bready malt and subdued resinous hops. Very malty and under-hopped, but pleasant enough.

Aroma is modest hops with some vague malts in there. Has a good deep gold orange body and some white foam. Flavour is soft malts with hop hints. The finish is dry, acceptable at least. This is a very middling IPA.

Draught at the brewpub
Hazy light amber color with compact head. Light aroma of malt, medium malt flavor, enough bitterness, but also vegetable notes from the fermentation, possibly some butter.
Problematic.
