Bottle. Hazy red amber brown, tan cream. Plums, citrus, caramel and spice aroma, rich and cakelike. Unfortunate light fizzy body to follow that up with, sour caramel, plum/raisin, a hint peat, nuttiness. Fun enough notes, but really would have needed a bit more restsweetness. Perhaps it had aged a bit too long in the bottle.

19/12/2018. Bottle from Beervana, Santiago. Pours mid brown with a large lasting off-white head. Aroma of toffee, malt, hint of spice, fruit cake, spruce, soy and olive. Medium plus sweetness with moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Excellent artwork on the label, otherwise bit disappointing.

Lanky foamy head and brown to black body. Smells of a mix of cabbage and molasses. Tastes like a whole lot of soya sauce, kinda like the sushi I ate last night without the fish. Just a lot of sweet barley and rice. Medium finish nearing cloying. Abv is not prevalent, but otherwise there isn't much to say about this brew.
