Cerveza sin filtrar de estilo belga, con presencia de levaduras y fermentación alta. Color ámbar opaco, cuya variedad de aromas frutales e interesante sabor dulce con matices a caramelo, conforman el balance perfecto para un amargor ligero.

27/12/2018. Bottle from Jumbo Costanera Center, Santiago. Pours pale amber with an off-white head. Aroma of caramel, sweet malt, jammy fruit, hint of chocolate and tamarind. Medium sweetness and quite light bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Bittersweet finish.

Soft weak foam, copper body with hints of brown. And I wonder how much she did say - like, don't you hate it when the wife acts as reporter for the husband because he's somewhere else. We just relay information between the two but really, the guy is whom we wish to speak to, not the female. But this has an aroma of soft breadiness, not very impressive to be generous. Flavour is more sweet bread. Sugary finish. Boring beer, no control. Like a malt beer with sugar thrown in. So yeah, she interpreted my statements in whatever way she chose. Was it the truth? We'll never know.
