Nice soap foam on top of foggy yellow liquid. Smells like the farts under a baby's diaper, some cabbage and burned cardboard. Flavour is big yeastiness followed by wheat grain notes. Medium finish, a little light. Not bad but not enormously exciting.

375 ml bottle, from Coop Prix Hjelmeland. ABV is 4.5%. Very pale straw colour, huge white head. Pleasant aroma of spicy and herbal bière de garde yeast, also herbal hops. Light bodied. Herbal and grassy hops and yeast in the flavour, but becomes too light and one-dimensional.

Poured from a bottle at Humle & Bier Craft Beer Festival 2018 . Pale golden body, misty. Small white head, dotted spots on the glass. Modest smell of farmyard, grass with citric notes. Saison fruity flavours joined by yeast, spices and hay. Drying fruity ending with distant bitterness. Fair enough. (Tromsø 07.04.2018).

Bottle, shared by gunnfryd. A hazy pale orange-golden beer with a nice off-white head. Some curtains. Fruity, lightly yeast aroma with a hint of pale malts. Citrus hints, lemon mostly, but also some orange, banana hints, some cloves and black pepper, grass and hay. It's dry on the palate, pleasantly carbonated and with a pleasant bitterness. Pale malts, grapefruit, lemon hints, pepper hints, hay, bread and some banana in the flavor. Long, dry and fruity finish. It suffers a bit from the ABV level, but it's quenching and easy drinkable. And quite tasteful. 180329

0,33 flaske fra Gulating Stavanger, hjemme: lett uklar strågylden med flott skum som varer. Pirrende og lekker aroma og smak med citrus, grønne druer og krydder (fra den franske saisongjæren, tenker jeg). Tørr og elegant ettersmak med lett krydret bitterhet (og hint av hvit pepper). Gode greier for meg som er så glad i saison.
