Just Apples! We pick the best apples the season has to offer from our local growers in Manjimup. Freshly pressed and fermented straight away we keep the natural pectin and solids in the juice to ensure the full flavours from the apple are carried through to the glass. Embracing the natural variations of seasonality our cider is always vibrant with fruit flavours and perfectly balanced between moreish sweetness and cleansing acidity. A seasonal product that’s perfect all year round.

375ml can from Plonk, Canberra. Hazy pale yellow colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and tangy apple aroma. Taste is sweetish, green apple, some apple skin and drying light tartness. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable

33cl can courtesy of and shared iwth JMGreenUK. No head. Cloudy blond pour. A decent cider. Good label on the can

Can from Glass, Tartines and Tipples, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy straw colour with a bubbly round head. The aroma is dry mineral sweet apples. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet with a with a big, crisp, fresh, dry crushed apple palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
