On tap at the brewery. Pours clear golden with a small off-white head, good lacing. Floral, grapefruit, pine, zesty. Good

12 oz. can from the brewery. Pours a crystal clear amber-gold color with a white head and great retention. Spotty lacing. Hops aroma with some juicy notes. The flavor is dominated by bitter hops with no juicy notes at all. Not sure why they call it a tropical pale ale. Tastes like a regular IPA to me. Medium body and medium carbonation. Moderate-high bitterness. Not my style. Tick.

Aroma has nice hops hints and a slight grain side to it. Good foggy golden body with minimal head. Flavour has good hop character but little else. Refreshing, well balanced and not too oily on the mouth. It's a nice low-key and sessionable hoppy ale.
