Nice brown-orange body, modest carbonation, a little bit of head. Graham cracker aroma, nothing else more, well maybe just a little bit of caramel. Flavour is weak biscuit, lots of grain, some sweetness. Kinda boring. Weak on the mouth. Drinkable but not too exciting in any department.

Visuel : Couleur : ambrée-orangée. Apparence : claire.
Arôme : Caramel, biscuits, notes fruitées (agrumes) et de houblon herbeux.
Goût : Entrée de bouche : Léger goût fruité (agrumes). Une dominante maltée de caramel doux est présente avec une très légère amertume de houblon herbeux et terreux.
En bouche : Corps : moyen-mince. Effervescence : moyenne. Texture : très légèrement crémeuse. Finale : moyenne, composée d’une très légère amertume de houblon herbeux avec des petites notes fruitées.

Bière correcte pour son style... Je dois avouer que je m’attendais à bien plus d’une "Edition Spéciale" mais moi seul suis le responsable de ces dites attentes ;-) Beaucoup de caramel, un peu d’amertume, ce qui la rapproche de certaines "bitters" bien plus selon moi.

Single bottle from the SAQ. Pours a clean amber colour with a nice frothy head that is on the yellow side, long lasting with great retention. Rusty red malts with notes of caramel, roasted malts and light hops. Eventually, lots grain and hay come out. Cereal malts, biscuit and decent grassy hops in the finish. Just a tad too mild. This is actually quite good for this brewery. Made for those who like it malty, but still with a little bitter end.
