A refreshingly tart barrel aged sour beer, perfect for bringing in the new year. This beer has beer dry-hopped with Pacific Northwest varietals for an added level of complexity.

Pours with a nice light fluffy meringue head and huge carbonation, yellow body. Lots of lambic yeast on the nose, lemon, hay funk. Flavour is intense sourness over top of hay and dry grass. Crisp and dry. A wonderful sour, even more impressive that it’s a new world sour.

Some light hay and some citrus. Barreling is better tempered here. Golden pour with good head and lacing. Light tangy finish. Light and a little drab but well balanced at least. Some pepper. Tap at brewpub.
