Draught at the brewpub
Hazy red-amber color with creamy head that seems nitro. Balanced, smooth, with light bread character, light hefe yeast, and light fruity touch that can’t be identified as cherries. Low bitterness.
Inoffensive.

Aroma is very faint, must not be carbonated correctly because while my nose isn’t great I should be able to smell something. It has a copper body with little head. Flavour is well balanced between cherry and malt but I don’t think they make good companions in this incarnation. Medium finish. It’s drinkable but I don’t find this combination likeable.

On tap at Yaletown, pours a dark orange amber with a small beige head. Aroma is faint on the cherries, with light German yeast in back. Flavour brings out faded cherries, yeast and wheat. Not very complex, but drinkable enough. Bland and boring.
