Dragonflies are a symbol of transformation and for us, symbolize the welcome return of Spring. Brewed with Canadian pilsner and rye malt, American hops and a French saison yeast, our Dragonfly Rye has a delicate balance of fruit and spice, with a light body and a refreshingly dry finish.

Beautiful light gold-lemon body with a huge strong foamy white head - yes, I’m a sucker for big heads. Very strong and hoppy aroma with heavy hints of cardamom. The flavour is a light affair with wheat, lavender, slight spice. Very dry finish. A nice saison, perfumy, intelligent. Very refreshing.

Hazy gold,white head.Nose of hops & orange peel.Spicy yeast palate is off…metallic. Orange peel notes, medium hop bitterness

650 ml bottle. Pours a clear deep gold with full head. Aromas of lemons, bubblegum and unripe bananas. Flavors of resin, bitter citrus rinds and grain. Sharp and somewhat off balance.
