In a world where every micro-brewer seems obsessed with creating an alcohol-bomb or a hop-bomb, to release a low-alcohol (but not too low) of modest notes I need to simply say: Respek. It looks like any old lager, okay gold and a big semi-solid head on top. Aroma of corn and lemon. Flavour is soft grain and lager notes leading to a modest finish. For a low-alc they got it right..... for once.

Bottle from Brewery Creek, as Cannery No Justice Pale Ale, 3% ABV
Golden color, small head, big bubbles. The aroma is full of cereals, corn flakes (morning breakfast). The mouthfeel is extremely dry, there is some flavor of malt, grains, cereals and breakfast corn flakes; strong bitterness but quite purposeless.
Much closer to a poor Middle East Low Alcohol than to a good BrewDog Trashy Blonde 3.4.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours clear yellow with a white head. Slightly sweet grassy aroma. Flavour is extremely weak and watery, as expected, with grass, corn and sweet bready malts. Slight pilsner-like bite at the end. Not surprising, but this is quite non-stimulating.
